Questions, answered
Getting started
Absolutely. Many of my clients had never set foot in a gym. We start where you are and build from there.
Yes. Every new client completes a PAR-Q health questionnaire so I can keep you safe. It’s part of the enquiry form.

At Limitless 24/7, Unit 3, 35 Burghmuir Road, Stirling FK7 7PB.
Park in the Limitless 24/7 car park. When you arrive, enter your car registration in the gym so you don’t get a parking charge.

Comfortable clothes, trainers, a water bottle and a towel.
No. I’m an independent, self-employed personal trainer. Sanctum Fitness is my own business. I train clients at Limitless 24/7, but I’m not a member of their staff, and bookings and payments for my sessions are made with me, not the gym.
Online
No. I’ll build your programme around whatever you have, from a full gym to a set of dumbbells at home.
There’s a 3-month minimum term. After that, give one month’s notice and your coaching ends at the end of that month. Payments aren’t refunded. If you cancel during the first 3 months, you pay for the remaining months of the minimum term.
£145 per month, with everything included: your programme, weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance and message support.
