Limitless 24/7, Unit 3, 35 Burghmuir Road, Stirling FK7 7PB.
There’s parking on site. When you arrive, pop your licence plate into the system inside the gym.
I’m an independent personal trainer working from Limitless, so you book and pay for your sessions with me directly.
What’s on
• 1-to-1 personal training: £36 a session, or blocks of 4 for £120 and 8 for £210.
• The Winter Arc Project: our 8-week programme, with a functional class on Thursdays from 15 October.
• Online coaching: still available wherever you train, £145 a month.
