When the clocks go back, most people quietly put their training on hold until January. Dark mornings, cold nights, busy diaries. I get it.
The Winter Arc Project is for the people who decide not to wait.
What is the Winter Arc?
It’s an 8-week Sanctum Fitness programme built to carry you through the darkest part of the year with structure, accountability and a team around you. Instead of starting from scratch in January, you’ll walk into the new year already fitter, stronger and in the habit.
The functional class
As part of the Winter Arc, there’s a functional training class at Limitless 24/7 in Stirling, starting Thursday 15 October and running for 8 weeks only.
Functional training means moving the way your body moves in real life: pushing, pulling, carrying, squatting, hinging. It builds strength you’ll actually use, and it’s scalable, so it works whether you’re brand new or have been training for years.
Who it’s for
- You want to keep momentum through winter instead of losing it.
- You train better with a group and a coach than on your own.
- You like a clear start and finish line.
- You want to start 2027 ahead, not catching up.
Why winter?
Anyone can train when it’s light at 6am and the sun is out. Showing up in October, November and December is what makes the difference. That’s the 1% club.
The early bird offer has now closed, but places may still be available. [check]
